Deliveries
All of our products are factory direct from international suppliers. As we have low overheads and deal direct with international and national manufacturers:
- Products are delivered within 3- 10 working days (excludes public holidays), unless they are out of stock you will be advised for the orders on Back Order by email...
Please allow time for delivery- courier service is not within our control and we cannot perform miracles with delivery schedules ( although we do try).
You (customer) are responsible for the delivery option selected- please select the correct delivery by drop down box on the order form. We will adjust the option for you if you do not know the area causing you to select the incorrect option.
Please ensure that delivery details are correct. We assume no liability for mis-delivery if incomplete or incorrect details are provided.
We will do everything we can to help solve any problems and to ensure your order is delivered smoothly.
Backorders
If a backorder occurs on your item(s), you will be placed on a priority waitlist. We will promptly ship item(s) upon arrival. In addition we will inform and update by email with the estimated arrival date. If backordered item(s) are not received in a reasonable length of time, please contact us: email orders@umoja.co.nz
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. If you need additional information, please email orders@umoja.co.nz
* Should you experience any problems, please contact us immediately. Most couriers provide a track and trace services, and we will provide this information should the situation arises.
